Elio Gjonaj (15/07/1993),is a professional Bodybuilder and a Fitness Men’s Physique competitor.More than 15 years experience in sports he is here to share his knowledge & to support everyone having the body we all dream about.In 2 years of hard work and discipline he achieved 3 medals.First year in competition he took the third place and next year he compete in 2 competitions.In the first one he got the third place and after 3 weeks he had the next competition in which a big journey was about to start.He WON the first place!Well that’s not a coincidence.He came from a athletic family.His father is a former basketball player,his mother it was a volleyball player,meanwhile his brother is a proffesionnal basketball player who won a lot of medals and championships and also is part of National team of Albania.Elio is a former basketball player by itself but now he changes sport.He choose the sport of a healthy lifestyle.A young man with an Iron discipline and a hard worker can do such an amazing work with your body and your life style.Is the perfect choose for a personal trainer.
